For over 25 years, we, Faber Solartechnik GmbH from Bünde, have been a family-run company whose name stands for the quality of our products and, together with our dedicated team, have been driving the energy revolution forward. We develop innovative concepts for large-scale ground-mounted and rooftop solar systems and realise projects holistically from the initial idea to the last module. With the experience gained from over 100 photovoltaic projects and our constant drive for innovation, we want to continue actively shaping the photovoltaic market in Germany in the future.

Your tasks

Easements & land law, contract management and negotiations: You secure land and pipeline rights for PV projects, liaise with notaries / land registries and are responsible for the creation, review and further development of central contractual documents including risk analysis.

Easements & property law

• Examination, design and management of easements (easements, limited personal easements)
• Legal support in securing property and pipeline rights for PV systems and infrastructure
• Coordination with notaries, land registries and external legal advisors

Contract management

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts (including lease, utilisation, licensing, cooperation and supply agreements)
• Maintenance and further development of contract templates
• Evaluation of legal and economic risks of contractual constellations

Your profile

• Degree in business law (LL.B., LL.M. or comparable)
• Good knowledge of contract and civil law
• Initial experience with easements, property or energy law an advantage
• Economic understanding and practice-orientated way of thinking
• Independent, structured way of working
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
