Working student (m/f/d) in the Solar and Energy Efficiency team

The Renewables Academy (RENAC) AG, based in Berlin, Germany, is one of the leading international providers of renewable energy training and energy efficiency education. Since our founding in 2008, over 38,000 participants from more than 175 nations worldwide have benefited from our expertise in the technology, financing, management, and market development of alternative energy. Our headquarters are in Berlin Mitte and we currently have 50+ permanent employees.

Our friendly solar and energy efficiency team is looking for a for a student assistant (m/f/d) for 15 to 20 hours/week starting as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

• Supporting the team in the implementation of international education projects in the field of solar energy and energy efficiency
• Supporting the development of training content and training materials
• Formatting, standardizing, cataloguing, and translating course materials and other documents (depending on skillset)
• Providing logistics and back-office support during live, in-person training and other events
• Supporting communication with project partners and participants
• Performing internet research and AI-assisted research
• Working with the RENAC database, e.g., documenting participants’ details.

Your profile:

• Enrollment as a student in an engineering degree or other related field
• Interest in solar PV and energy efficiency, as well as in executive education
• Ability to work in a team, but also independently
• Good organizational skills
• Highly desirable: previous knowledge in the field of solar energy/energy efficiency
• Very good English language skills
• Highly desirable: Good knowledge of German
• Good MS Office skills.
