How You Drive the Energy Transition
- You proactively approach
customers
and guide them through the
entire sales cycle
, from initial contact to contract signing.
- You build
long-term customer relationships
and jointly develop
new projects
with your clients.
- You design
tailor-made solutions
that are optimally aligned with the
needs and conditions
of your customers.
- You are responsible for
proposal preparation
and ensure that
pricing, costs, and profitability
are aligned.
- You coordinate
internal processes
and work closely with
Operations, Finance, and Project Management
.

successful contract conclusion
and inspire your customers.
- You remain a
reliable partner in after-sales
and ensure that our

Sales experience
, ideally in the
real estate, commercial, or industrial
sector
- Proven success in
building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Strong
communication and negotiation skills

empathy and clarity

Team spirit
and enjoyment of working cross-functionally to achieve the best results

Willingness to travel
to support customers on site
*
German and English language skills at C1 level
