Senior UX&CX Designer (m/f/d)

As a Senior UX & CX Designer (m/f/d), you combine user experience and customer experience and ensure that user and customer needs are consistently incorporated into our products and services.
Your responsibilities
- You identify user needs, pain points and optimization potential through research, interviews, surveys, usability tests and exchange with our user panel.
- Based on your findings, you develop user-centered solutions together with product management and development: from customer journeys and user flows to wireframes, prototypes and UI designs.
- You ensure the quality of our user experiences through UX reviews, the further development of the design system and the analysis of relevant UX and CX metrics.
- You also develop UX and CX standards, design principles and user-centered processes further and ensure a consistent experience across products and touchpoints.
What you bring
- Several years of experience in UX design, CX, user research or product experience.
- A solid understanding of user-centered design, UX strategy and the user-centered conception of digital products.
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- The ability to connect user needs with business goals and present them clearly to different stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, analytical thinking and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Ideally, experience in a B2B or software environment as well as very good German and English skills.
