Your mission:
As Head of Sales (m/f/d), you will take on overall responsibility for our sales, going far beyond traditional leadership:
- You are building a scalable sales organization for complex energy solutions.
- You are developing a system that sustainably grows.

Your tasks:
- Building, Leading, and Developing a High-Performance B2B Sales Team
- Managing the entire sales funnel – from lead generation to closing
- Active support in complex negotiations and closings
- Developing a clear performance and closing culture
- Scaling of processes, structures, and KPIs
- Account Management and Development of Strategic Key Accounts
- Identification of new market potentials and partnerships
- Translating complex energy and business models into compelling business cases
- Close cooperation with technology, project management, and executive management
What you bring with you:
- Several years of experience in B2B sales (e.g., energy, infrastructure, tech, SaaS)
- Demonstrable strength in closing challenging deals
- Experience in building and leading sales teams
- Ability to convincingly connect technical and economic contexts
- Entrepreneurial thinking, high personal responsibility, and strong execution skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ideally additionally:
- Experience in photovoltaics, storage, or energy solutions
- Experience in scaling sales organizations
