Your mission:

As an O&M Manager (m/f/d), you will ensure that our photovoltaic systems not only run but perform optimally. You will monitor the technical systems, coordinate maintenance, and ensure smooth operations with a clearly structured fault management system. At the same time, you will keep an eye on commercial aspects such as contract management, billing, and insurance matters, and analyze the performance of our plants based on relevant key figures. With your structured way of working, technical understanding, and a strong commitment to quality, you will make a key contribution to the long-term performance of our plants – and to the sustainable future of CUBE CONCEPTS.

Your tasks:

• Technical Operations: Monitoring and optimization of monitoring systems, incident management with clear escalation processes, and planning and coordination of maintenance measures
• Commercial Operations: Contract Management (energy, leases, services), ensuring billing, analysis of revenue and performance indicators, as well as insurance and claims management
• Documentation & Quality Assurance: Development and maintenance of technical documentation, regular reporting to internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with legal regulations
• Personnel & Scheduling: Coordination of technicians and service providers, organization of training and on-call duties
• IT & Data Management: Setup and maintenance of monitoring platforms, integration of new systems (EMS, IoT, weather data), interface management with ERP/CRM systems, as well as mapping and automation of operational processes

What you bring with you:

• Completed technical degree or apprenticeship in electrical engineering, energy technology, industrial engineering, or comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in the operation of PV systems or in technical operations management
• Solid knowledge in electrical engineering, IT and network technology, as well as monitoring and control technology
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics) and project management
• Willingness to travel within Germany as well as a Class B driver's license
• Organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and strategic thinking
• Communication skills, teamwork, and very good German language skills, both written and spoken (English skills are an advantage)

Anforderungen

• Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder Ausbildung (Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen)
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Betrieb von PV-Anlagen oder technischem Betriebsmanagement
• Solide Kenntnisse in Elektrotechnik, IT- und Netzwerktechnik, Monitoring- und Leittechnik
• Erfahrung mit CRM/ERP-Systemen (z.B. Microsoft Dynamics) und Projektmanagement
• Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands
• Führerschein Klasse B
• Organisationsfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, strategisches Denken
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
