Your Tasks
Are you ready to shake up the world of invoices? We are looking for a Creditor Accountant (m/f/d) who not only loves numbers, but also has a flair for order and efficiency! If you can manage incoming invoices, master data and payment transactions with a smile, then you've come to the right place!
Posting of incoming invoices in DATEV, in future Microsoft Dynamics
Checking and creating master data and account clarifications
Handling payment transactions and processing account statements
Processing reminders
Collaboration in monthly and annual financial statements
Further development of the accounts payable workflow based on Microsoft Dynamics in collaboration with the manager and colleagues (m/f/d)
Collaboration with invoice verification, purchasing and specialist departments
Your profile
Completed commercial training in office management, wholesale and foreign trade management or in industry or similar
Several years of professional experience in accounting (ideally in the accounts payable department of a manufacturing company)
Must have: Experience with accounting software / ERP system (ideally MS Dynamics)
Nice to Have: Good understanding of commercial processes and knowledge of VAT and construction withholding tax
IT Skills: Confident handling of MS Office applications
Good knowledge of English
Your skills: communicative team player (m/f/d) with a goal-oriented, structured and conscientious way of working

Anforderungen

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Büromanagement, Groß- und Außenhandel oder Industrie)
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung (idealerweise Kreditorenbuchhaltung)
• Erfahrung mit Buchhaltungssoftware / ERP-System (idealerweise MS Dynamics)
• Gutes Verständnis kaufmännischer Prozesse
• Kenntnisse in Umsatzsteuer und Bauabzugssteuer
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Anwendungen
• Gute Englischkenntnisse
