HSE Manager (m/w/d)

Perfect. At BELECTRIC, we’re looking for an HSE Manager (m/f/d) who identifies risks before they arise, further develops standards, and ensures that occupational safety, health protection, and environmental protection are integrated into our daily work.
- Responsibility for planning, implementing, monitoring, and optimizing occupational safety, health, and environmental protection processes
- Reviewing and evaluating customer requirements, specifications, and contract terms with regard to HSE-related guidelines
- Expanding and further developing the Integrated Management System, as well as planning and conducting internal audits
- Analyzing workplace accidents, near misses, and environmental incidents, and deriving preventive measures
- Conducting training sessions and presentations on occupational safety, health, and environmental protection
- Promoting environmental and sustainability initiatives to reduce emissions, waste, and resource consumption
Your profile
- A completed technical or business degree, or certification as a Master Craftsman (m/f/d) or Technician (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
- Must-haves: In-depth knowledge of occupational health and safety management according to ISO 45001 and environmental management according to ISO 14001
- Knowledge of the UK CDM Regulations (Construction Design and Management Regulations) and experience in HSE management for construction projects
- Very good German and English language skills
- Your skills: A communicative team player (m/f/d) with technical understanding and intercultural competence
- Class B driver’s license
- Willingness to travel internationally (max. 30%)

Anforderungen
- Abgeschlossenes technisches oder kaufmännisches Studium oder Meister/Techniker
- Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutzmanagement nach ISO 45001
- Kenntnisse im Umweltmanagement nach ISO 14001
- Kenntnisse der UK CDM Regulations
- Erfahrung im HSE-Management für Bauprojekte
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Kommunikativer Teamplayer mit technischem Verständnis und interkultureller Kompetenz
- Führerschein Klasse B
