Cycle Engineer (m/f/d) - Air to Water Heat Pump

Your Role:
As a Cycle Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and optimization of our Air to Water Heat Pump systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and reliable performance of our products throughout their lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test cycle control strategies for Air to Water Heat Pumps.
- Analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, product management, and manufacturing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to product performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in heat pump systems.
- Document technical specifications, test results, and design changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the development and testing of HVAC systems, preferably heat pumps.
- Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and control systems.
- Proficiency in simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, ANSYS).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
