Lead Commissioning Site Engineer (m/f/x)
About the project
- Surkhanarya Combined Cycle Power Plant Project will have 1600MW with two blocks of latest gas turbine technology
- Project location is close to the city of Termez in southern part of Uzbekistan
Your tasks
- Working as leadcommissioning site engineer in the field of thermal power plant construction
- Main responsibility will be commissioning works
- Responsible for a team 5-6 commissioning inspectors
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as lead commissioning site engineer role of construction projects (of thermal power plant constructions)
- 10 years of site commissioning engineer experience in thermal power plant construction projects
- Mechanical engineer background with engineer diploma
- Experienced with gas or steam turbines (GT and/or Steam turbine)
- Experienced working with Chinese EPC
- Fluent in English, both written and oral, Uzbek and/or Russian would be an advantage
- Contract will be for approx. 12 - 15 month
- Full time assignment (40 hours per week at site)
