Your Tasks

• Lead implementation of utility-scale BESS projects with expertise in EPC, Supplier+BoP strategies
• Support project lifecycle phases, from concept to contract negotiation for diverse technical consultancy services
• Pioneer the design of groundbreaking BESS contracts that establish the benchmark for industry standards, setting new precedents in innovation, reliability and performance
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal and external and international stakeholders, contributing to interdisciplinary initiatives
• Actively participate in business development endeavors to elevate Fichtner's BESS presence and offerings
• Embrace site visits and travel as needed during various project stages.

Your Profile

• Hold a Master's degree in engineering, particularly in electrical engineering or related fields
• Have a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in the implementation of utility-scale BESS
• Experience in project management
• Demonstrate expertise in EPC and Supplier tender preparations
• Proficiency in integrating BESS with other technologies is a valuable asset
• Familiarity with MATLAB is an advantage
• Fluent in written, spoken, and comprehended English is mandatory; German language skills are advantageous
• Valid work permit for Spain
