Join us in revolutionizing business mobility as a Senior Frontend Angular Developer at our company, where we are building Germany’s leading business mobility platform. As part of our dynamic and cross-functional team, you will be instrumental in developing features within a specific value stream while actively influencing product decisions based on input from customers, stakeholders, and your team.
We foster a collaborative engineering culture, emphasizing technical excellence through our Frontend Community of Practice to ensure knowledge sharing and adherence to best practices. Beyond writing clean and maintainable code, you will contribute by enforcing code styling standards, conducting thorough code reviews, and mentoring junior and mid-level developers to elevate overall team performance.

Tasks

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-quality frontend solutions in our Angular web app.
• Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding guidelines and best practices.
• Mentor other frontend developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to refine the user journey and suggest UI/UX improvements.
• Work with RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration with backend services.
• Stay up to date with the latest frontend technologies and advocate for improvements that enhance the UI/UX and DX.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience as a frontend developer, working in agile environments.
• At least 3+ years of experience working with Angular 2+.
• Strong expertise in Angular 2+, TypeScript, JavaScript, RxJS, SCSS, and CSS.
• Solid understanding of design systems and component libraries such as PrimeNG or Material.
• Extensive experience with Reactive Angular Forms.
• Experience with modular design and component-based styling, creating responsive layouts and implementing complex UI.
• Experience with state management (RxJS, NgRx/NGXS).
• Experience with Git flow, Webpack, ESLint, and other modern development workflows and tools.
• Experience with GitHub & GitHub Actions (CI/CD pipelines, evals/tests as quality gates, deployment workflows)
• Proficiency in code review processes, identifying potential issues, and enforcing best practices.
• Proficient in English (German is a plus).
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving and innovation.
• Strong communication skills, with a passion for collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
