Your Tasks
Commercial Project Manager (m/f/d) – Solar projects wanted! You will ensure that our solar projects are economically viable. Your tasks will include commercial preparation, budgeting, and planning of revenues, costs, and liquidity. You will also set realistic project milestones to ensure that cash flow is adequate. Commercial management and coordination of national and international solar EPC projects in collaboration with the responsible project managers (m/f/d) and project controllers (m/f/d)
Commercial evaluation and assessment of legal issues/contracts
Supporting the contractual aspects of the project (commercial contract management)
Checking incoming invoices and issuing outgoing invoices within the project
Administration of payment securities and preparation of all payment-triggering documents
Preparation of commercial reporting, including cost and liquidity planning
Structured implementation of risk management
Preparation of commercial project closure, including implementation of a project review
Support for insurance and claims management
Your profile
Completed degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification
Must have: Several years of professional experience in the commercial implementation and management of EPC projects and EPC contracts in the plant engineering business
Nice to have: Experience in the power plant-, solar-, or windindustry
Must have: knowledge in the areas of controlling, project calculation, and contract and claim management
Very good knowledge of MS Office
Must have: very good English and German skills
Your skills: communicative team player (m/f/d) with a confident manner, intercultural competence and management skills
Willingness to travel max. 10%

Anforderungen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL oder vergleichbar
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Commercial Management von EPC-Projekten und -Verträgen im Anlagenbau
• Kenntnisse in Controlling, Projektkalkulation, Vertrags- und Claim Management
• Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse
• Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
