Senior Electrical Engineer as Consultant for Over Head Transmission Lines (m/f/x)

Your Tasks

• Planning and designing high-voltage and extra high-voltage over head transmission systems with an emphasis on surveying, line routing, and design
• Preparing requirements specifications (tender texts, specifications, data sheets, drawings and layouts)
• Reviewing planning documents and design review
• Comparing functional specifications versus requirements specifications and evaluating bids

Your Profile

• Electrical engineer with experience in planning, constructing or operating high-voltage and extra high-voltage over head line systems
• At least seven years of experience as an engineer in the field of power transmission and over head lines
• Project management experience would be desirable
• Experience in the consulting sector would be ideal
• Experience in working with development banks, governments and authorities would be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, including technical writing and client interaction
• Fluent in English and confident working in an international environment
• Willingness to travel (approx. 20-25%) in order to attend to regional and international projects focused on ASEAN countries
• Philippine national or work permit for the Philippines must be available
