Your Tasks

• Planning and designing high-voltage and extra high-voltage cable systems with an emphasis on surveying, line routing, cable design, construction execution and construction logistics
• Preparing requirements specifications (tender texts, specifications, data sheets, drawings and layouts)
• Reviewing planning documents and design review
• Comparing functional specifications versus requirements specifications and evaluating bids

Your Profile

• Electrical engineer with experience in planning, constructing or operating high-voltage and extra high-voltage cable systems
• At least eight years of experience as an engineer in the field of power transmission
• Project management experience would be desirable
• Experience in the consulting or cable manufacturer sector would be ideal
• Experience in working with development banks, governments and authorities would be an advantage
• Fluency in English written and oral
• Valid work permit for Spain
• Willingness to undertake short-term assignments worldwide
